REFUND POLICY
7 days before your event – you may reschedule your event. We will hold on to your deposit and your credit is valid for up to 6 months OR you can request a refund LESS a 10% administration fee of the prepaid amount.
Less than 7 days to your event – NO REFUNDS (partial or full). You may reschedule your event for a later date and your credit is valid for up to 6 months.
Less than 48 hours to your event - Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE
