Cancellations and Refund Policy

6 PACK INDOOR BEACH CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 6 Pack Indoor Beach requires a deposit to hold a reserved space for the guest and their event. This deposit is fully refundable only under the condition that we are unable to operate our business under normal circumstances such as a facility closure beyond our control including government imposed closure, natural disaster or act of god. If you need to cancel your event, the following options are available to you: 7 days before your event - you may reschedule your event. We will hold on to your deposit and your credit is valid for up to a year. OR you can request a refund LESS a 10% administration fee of the prepaid amount. Less than 7 days to your event – NO REFUNDS (partial or full). You may reschedule your event for a later date and your credit is valid for up to one year. Please note: we require 48 hours notice before the time of your event if you would like to reschedule. After 48 hours, your deposit can no longer be used for rescheduling your event. At that point, your event is expected to proceed on its original scheduled time and date and rescheduling is not an option.
