FILM PRODUCTION rental RATES
- Half Day (5 hours): $2,500 + tax
- Full Day (10 hours): $5,000 + tax
- Additional hour: $500 + tax / hour
All rentals include access to the sand courts, common areas, and parking facilities. Custom requirements, extended bookings, and multi-day productions can be discussed based on availability. To ensure availability and production coordination, advance booking is required.

CLEANING & RESTORATION POLICY
To maintain the quality and safety of our indoor beach facility, all production rentals are subject to the following cleaning and restoration terms:
BASE CLEANING FEE (MANDATORY)
A standard cleaning fee of $350 per rental day will be applied to all film and production bookings.
This includes:
- General garbage and recycling removal
- Surface cleaning (floors, common areas)
- Washroom cleaning
- Basic restoration of the facility to pre-rental condition
SAND & BEACH AREA USE
Due to the specialized nature of our sand-based environment:
1. A Sand Disturbance Fee of $800 plus the mandatory cleaning fee will apply if:
- Sand is significantly displaced, compacted, or contaminated
- Foreign materials (food, liquids, props, debris) are introduced
- Resetting the levels of the sand so courts are balanced and ready for league play
- Resetting furniture/poles/equipment and facility layout
- Facility and sand debris tidying
- Removal of the poles and to set them back up
2. Additional charges may apply if:
- Sand requires replacement or deep treatment
- Foreign substances (e.g., oils, chemicals, fake snow, glitter) are used
ADDITIONAL CLEANING (IF REQUIRED)
If cleaning exceeds standard conditions, additional charges will apply:
- $60 per hour per cleaning staff
- Minimum call-out: 4 hours per staff member
This may include:
- Excess garbage removal
- Set debris cleanup
- Food or liquid spills
- Post-production restoration
DAMAGE & CLEANING DEPOSIT
A refundable Damage & Cleaning Deposit of $1,000 is required prior to booking.
Deductions may be made for:
- Excessive cleaning requirements
- Damage to sand, flooring, or facility infrastructure
- Repairs or replacement of materials
CONDITION OF RETURN
The production agrees to return the venue in a condition consistent with initial handover, excluding normal wear and tear.
Failure to comply may result in:
- Additional cleaning charges
- Partial or full forfeiture of deposit
PRE- AND POST- INSPECTION
- A walkthrough will be conducted before and after the rental period
- Photos and documentation may be used to assess condition
OPTIONAL ON-SITE CLEANING CREW
We strongly recommend booking an on-site cleaning crew for larger productions to minimize post-rental costs.
